Chapter 6. Exporting and Deployment
You’ve tweaked and polished your interactive InDesign document, carefully previewed it countless times, and shown it to your best friend over and over. It’s time to unleash your project on the world!
As with most endeavors, it pays to start with well-tuned content and follow the rules of the road as you convey your content to the Web. You’ll encounter some speed bumps along the way, and a few stop signs. You’ll have to yield to software limitations and viewer requirements.
OK. Enough with the highway metaphors. Let’s hit the road. (Sorry. Last one. I promise.) Before we examine export and deployment, let’s consider the importance of starting with healthy content.
