AFTER PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

When a company prepares a proposal, it should realize that the government could accept it as is and it will become a contractually binding document. In that case, nothing in this chapter needs to occur before contract award. However, sometimes the customer has questions about the proposal or would like to modify the solution.
