Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) is an emotional intelligence tool created by Pfeiffer in collaboration with MHS. EISA is more than a measure of potential and performance; EISA provides the means to accurately assess individual and organizational strengths and opportunities, and to implement evidence-based strategies that increase intra- and interpersonal awareness.
