In Conclusion
I hope this book has made clear the process for selecting a carefully developed and well-designed feedback instrument for use in your organization. You probably have made some compromises along the way—as there is no perfect instrument. Be aware of what those compromises are and think through their implications. Doing this may help you make the final choice if you are left with more than one possible instrument. You may also want to contact vendors again for any additional information that can help you choose between instruments or aid in the understanding or use of your instrument of choice. And remember to remain aware of the implications of any trade-offs you have made.
