Where to from Here?
“Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope I don't see you again!”
This is something that patients often say to me at the end of their therapy, and similarly, now that we have come to the end of the book, we hope that you are now in a much stronger position to make changes and feel good. We started the book with hope, your hope that you could make changes and feel good. Similarly we aim to end the book with hope.
