TO RECRUIT MILITARY CANDIDATES to your organization you must offer them a compelling reason to join. This evolves as you implement new programs, but initially all you may have to attract candidates with is a deliberate interest in hiring former service members. Why? Often, the decision comes as a direct result of:
• Market demand
• Positive past experience with veterans
• A broader talent strategy
• An altruistic motivation to support those who have served the nation
