About the FileMaker API for PHP
The FileMaker API for PHP is a set of PHP libraries intended to allow developers to use the popular web development language PHP to access data in a FileMaker database. The API is packaged with FileMaker Server Advanced and may also be downloaded independently at http://www.filemaker.com/developers/resources/php/.
If you’re an experienced PHP developer, there are a few things to note about FileMaker’s PHP API:
