Special Tips for Low-Budget Productions
The term low budget means different things to different people. For a major studio or a large production company, a budget of $10 million is considered low, and such films really are not worth their effort. It is not economically feasible to produce them within the studio system. For the independent filmmaker, on the other hand, a $10-million budget usually feels very comfortable.
