I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Final Mix
In the case of a non-linear edit, it is important to establish that the image will exactly match the sound, and that no frame errors have been introduced in the system. Playing the dialogue track against a pos conform or a mute print of the cut negative will highlight any errors which can be adjusted before committing to the costly process of sound mixing.

After mixing is complete, the soundtrack is in a form known as the final mix. A mono soundtrack was known as a three-track, with separate tracks carrying dialogue, music and effects.
