Now that you’ve organized your material in the Final Cut Pro Event Browser, it’s time to edit your clips into the Timeline to assemble your project. FCP has several different ways to perform most of the editing functions. You can edit directly into your project Timeline with the mouse or with keyboard shortcuts, which is probably the most efficient way to edit in most instances.
