The failure to see an opportunity that may exist often is the consequence of the lack of perspective. On the other hand, the presence of a perspective frames the opportunity that is seen or can be imagined. Acres of a vacant land offer a different opportunity to a land speculator than it does a farmer, a rancher, an environmentalist, a logger, a developer of a residential community, an industrial park, or a recreational center. Each involves a different set of requirements and challenges; and each a different successful use.
