Chapter 5: What to buy
So you’ve narrowed down the ideal location for your investment property: in your home state, in the inner city (or close to water) and close to lifestyle amenities. But how many properties in Australia fit this description? The answer is hundreds of thousands.
In this chapter I’ll take you’ll through the process of deciding what to buy in those ideal locations so we can drill down even further (maybe to tens of thousands of properties), until we reach chapter 6, where I will reveal the right property in the right location.
