Networking and Promoting Your Talent

I am considered an introverted/extrovert on the Myers-Briggs personality test. (I don’t know if I really was introverted because I didn’t want the job I was tested for. I was persuaded to take the test by the man who wanted to hire me. But I did answer the questions honestly).

As someone who is an introvert at heart, I knew I had to change to be a success in my career. How did I do that? I had good role models in my parents and my grandmothers (my grandfathers passed away before I was born). I also am an only child, so if I wanted to have friends, I had to learn to be more outgoing.
