Building a FinOps Culture

Without a process for actions, applied goals are never achieved. As we take the journey into the Operate phase, building a collaborative culture across various business boundaries is essential for the continued success of FinOps practice.

The culture of FinOps is collaboration. It is the FinOps team’s responsibility to bring the stakeholders together and prepare a business plan that clearly articulates savings opportunities.
