Chapter Eight. Getting the Best Value from VoIP
In this chapter, I present some of the financial justifications for implementing Internet phone service. Some of these justifications have been known by business telecommunications executives for some time. Most corporate call centers have been using VoIP to lower costs and increase efficiency, and more than 50 percent of all new business phone lines are using IP telephony.
