Firing an employee is never without risk. But some firings are riskier than others. They're riskier because the employees have potential claims available to them that other employees don't have.
This is not to say that the employees on this list are more likely to sue than others. (Anyone claiming that women or blacks or gays or handicapped people are more likely to sue because they are women or blacks or gays or handicapped people is hopelessly misguided.)
