WE TAKE TOO LONG. We don't focus on solutions. We're engulfed in "analysis paralysis." Sound familiar? It should; we've been hearing this for decades. We want to study a problem to be sure we address it in the least costly, most effective manner. We want to get it completely right, the first time, yet this admirable goal may not be the right approach for us in an increasingly "I need it now" world. In an era of constant speed and continuous change, should our approach to analysis also change?
