One of the biggest challenges leaders face in a post–COVID-19 work environment is determining which roles should be onsite versus remote. When the pandemic arrived to the US in 2020, remote work for many industries was taboo. The traditional operating model in many organizations was for staff and leaders to report daily to a brick-and-mortar location.
