Almost every production will have at least one shot that has timing issues. Most of the time these are deliberate, such as the case of footage intended to be sped up or slowed down. Sometimes, though, there will be shots that have other problems (such as data corruption), which then become the cause of timing issues such as dropped or duplicated frames. And of course, there are problems that occur during the shoot, such as flicker, which were either overlooked ...
