It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Goal
You’d like to automate the deployment of your Flex and Rails project, getting Flex built and deployed to an integration or production environment.
Solution
Use Capistrano, the remote automation tool by Jamis Buck (http://weblog.jamisbuck.org/) built with deploying Rails applications in mind. As part of a normal Capistrano deployment, it can find the compiled SWF assets and any other files that need to accompany them and upload them to the right places on the right servers.
