OUR THANKS TO the contributors who generously made images available for us to use in this book. As you’ll see, some are professionals, but others are novices or hobbyists. It doesn’t really matter which is which. Both of the authors, Robin and Fil, made some fairly decent images as amateurs and then went on to make a (hopefully very) few terrible ones as professionals. We are all still learning. We must help each other.
