After Your First Contribution
Once you submit your contribution, you must practice this little thing we like to call Patience. There are any number of reasons that it might take a while for the project members to get around to reviewing your contribution. Sometimes you’ll find a project that has a policy to try to review any contribution within a certain amount of time, but few projects have the available people power to make a promise like that. Your contribution will have to wait in line with all the rest of them, until someone is available to have a look at it.
