The purpose of this final chapter is to tie together the lessons learned from the previous chapters. It is designed to help you to maximize the potential offered by your strengths and to master four new skills: improvisation, design thinking, experimentation, and aesthetic awareness. In short, my goal is to provide you with a plan of action for development and transformation.
