In this chapter, we will introduce the Db2 utilities. The utilities help to manage the databases, tablespaces, tables, and indexes owned by the Db2 system. These utilities include backup, import, export, load, reorg, runstats, rebind, move, and a few other commands. We will cover many of these commands in this chapter.
