And finally, we arrive at our favorite part of the design phase: the build-out. This is where we get to slice our graphics up and breathe life into our design with HTML and CSS. When we are done with this phase, we willhave a working prototype of a blog with clickable links and copy-able text. There is something satisfying about seeing a fresh design in this state.
