Creating a Game World

One of the reasons games are fun to play is that they’re simplified simulations of the real world. The real world is often not much fun at all, because it’s far too complicated and has too many rules. In the real world we have to deal with things like food, rain, deadlines, traffic, mosquitoes, and gravity, sometimes all at the same time. It can be tiresome!
