So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IEEE 802.11 wireless local-area networks (WLAN) are rapidly becoming pervasive among enterprises. The availability of wireless voice clients, the introduction of dual-mode (wireless and cellular) smart phones, and the increased productivity realized by enabling a mobile workforce are persuading enterprises to implement Voice over WLANs (VoWLAN).
