Chapter 19. Managed Services: Remote Monitoring
This chapter covers remote monitoring and remediation of infrastructure. The detailed reports produced by this solution give insight into infrastructure that smaller clients had never had access to before monitoring was introduced to their environment. This means that more informed decisions about technology procurement and professional services needs can result in an overall more efficient environment. When trends can be identified for server and entreating components, for instance, then more informed and efficient decision making takes place, resulting in an overall better operational environment.
