Abstract

The aim of this chapter is two-fold: (i) We briefly discuss some important approaches to quantum programming or related issues that are not treated in the main body of this book, including implementation of quantum programming languages, functional quantum programming, categorical semantics of quantum programs, concurrent quantum programs; and (ii) we point out some topics for future research that are important for further development of the subject but not mentioned in the previous chapters, including the relationship between quantum machines and quantum programs, entanglement in (distributed) quantum programming, model-checking quantum systems (quantum programs, quantum cryptographic protocols, and quantum computer ...
