It's time to bring together everything we have covered in this part of the book in one hell of an empowered chapter. Your virtual team is the foundation of your business. It's going to be the engine that makes all your wildest dreams a reality. You can't do it without these people, which is why embracing their expertise, support, and camaraderie early on can completely transform your side‐hustling quest.

Not to mention that these people will become your friends, confidants, and mentors. They will become a business family in a way, and they will make the entire journey worth it. What is life, really, without the people in it? Making money, growing business systems, and leveraging social media can be exciting, sure, but what's the point of it all at the end of the day if your goal isn't in some way to help other people, inspire them, educate them, and take them under your wing? You will notice on your side‐hustling journey that it's these very side effects that, more than anything, make it all worth it. The people make it all addicting. Having that kind of healthy relationship with coworkers that rarely—if ever—existed in an office setting is beyond rewarding. Not being pitted against each other to satisfy quarterly corporate stats is a much healthier relationship for us as human beings.
