Chapter 4. Implement
Now is the time to deliver the instruction. Trainers who will provide the training need to be prepared and given time to rehearse; training is officially "piloted," although much could be done before this point to test and validate materials and approaches. Training management issues, such as logistics, like scheduling rooms, ordering materials, and marketing programs, happen here as well.
This phase also includes the in-the-trenches delivery and facilitation of the instruction. Included here are tips for managing training interactions, from the characteristics of excellent facilitators to dealing with the challenging and outright hostile.
