Not One, But All
As you might have guessed, the key to your maximum success with feedback is to use all four types—a balance of positive and negative, feedback and feedforward. Timing and placement of these will come with practice and thought, but all four play a crucial role in people's understanding the entirety of their performance and how to continue to improve.
