Case Study 1: Commercial Case Study: All About HatWare
For illustrative purposes, imagine that All About HatWare is a family-owned, hat manufacturing company that sells semifinished hats to a number of different companies. These companies then finish the hats and sell them under their own brand name.
In order to facilitate our review of this case study, we will be using the same diagram that we used in Chapter 7 (reproduced in Figure 13.1) to guide us through the process of creating All About HatWare’s IT roadmap.
