Figuring out the right type and amount of support to offer franchises will enhance the performance of your franchise system. If you provide the wrong type of support, or not enough of it, your system will do poorly because you will not provide potential franchisees with the things that will attract them to the system, nor will you give people the assistance that they need if they become franchisees.
