The old adage goes “When eating an elephant, take one bite at a time.” The metaphorical message here is that when something is large and daunting, we need to shift our thinking from trying to get it done all at once to breaking it down into smaller pieces and organizing our entire workflow to deliver those pieces as quickly and efficiently as possible.
