Many are drawn to shooting with DSLR cameras because of the great look they produce, but many are turned off by their audio-capture capabilities. It turns out that the camera manufacturers have pretty much skimped when it comes to audio.
The microphone quality of DSLR cameras falls well below the typical cell phone. Good audio is a key component of a successful video, so make sure that you carefully consider your audio when you’re capturing video.
