David M. Jacobs is Director of Investment Administration Services Technology at Citigroup. He was formerly Manager of Application Development and Integration at Caxton Associates. He has been a software development manager and application programmer for more than three decades, building and integrating a variety of applications with globally dispersed teams. He earned his BA in mathematics and computer science from Queens College of the City University of New York.
