Communicating with your team
Getting your communication right can be the greatest challenge for many leaders. Whenever I ask groups for examples of good behaviour from good leaders, invariably it is communication that features high on the list. The issue with communicating with your team is that you need to be able to adapt your communication style to suit the needs of the individuals, the group and the situation.
