Acknowledgements

For most authors it goes without saying that the writing process, although solitary, in many ways requires numerous people to bring it to a completed manuscript. My journey has been a similar one. If you are not mentioned in the list it’s not because you haven’t been there for me in one guise or another, but because I only have one page allocated to these acknowledgements.
