What is the environment?
All business training must be in the service of achieving business outcomes. This is a theme you will hear repeated throughout this book. Whilst the same theme could have been talked about 10 years ago, it would not have been as true or as relevant as it is now. Business leaders need to react faster to market changes and competitive pressures and need to have organisations full of people who are capable of answering changing demands and needs.
