Dealing effectively with training challenges
Like all business roles which involve influencing people, the trainer will have to deal with a range of challenges when working with a group. If you are an experienced trainer, you will know the danger of the complacency trap in which you can make all manner of assumptions that everything will be fine. We focus in this chapter on the key ‘people’ challenges that business trainers face in the delivery element.
