Choosing your workplace
Millions of you have spent big chunks of 2020 and 2021 working from home and avoiding the office like the plague. There is now clear proof that it is possible to run a business from multi-sites (or several people’s homes). But views among workers over whether it is preferable to operate in this way rather than all be located most days in an office have fluctuated varying from one lockdown to another. A survey (April 2021) for the Prospect trade union found that more people wanted to work mainly from the office than from the home.
