Luck can make a lot of difference to the success or failure of an enterprise, but you cannot sit around waiting for luck to land on your doorstep. You must take all the steps you can to ensure success. Weaknesses in specific skills must be covered; you may be able to obtain advice and guidance from the Business Support Helpline, equivalent organisation or an enterprise agency.
