2.6 FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY
This book covers Fujifilm’s current flash system, which is available in the X-T1 and all X series cameras with X-Processor Pro or X-Processor 4, such as the X-Pro2, X-T2, X-T20, X-E3, X-H1, X-T3, X100F, and GFX lineup. If you are using an older or Xacti-built model, most of the information in this chapter still applies, but be advised that high-speed sync (HSS/FP) isn’t officially available in cameras with focal plane shutters and that the user interface is different. In addition to that, manual flash control is limited, and there’s no built-in wireless master/slave remote flash system.
Also note that the built-in camera flash and the tiny EF-X8 add-on flash for the X-T1, X-T2, X-T3, X-H1, X-Pro2, and X-E3 behave the same. ...
