TEN YEARS FROM NOW, WHAT WE CALL “VIDEO GAMING” today will be viewed as the most powerful learning medium in history. And the kids are already ahead of us in learning how to use this new medium.

In the movie Ender’s Game, a top military leader (played by Harrison Ford) explains to a young prodigy named Ender: “We need minds like yours: young people integrate complex data more easily than adults.” In the Orson Scott Card novel and the movie, young people were trained to be warriors through immersive video gaming experiences.1
