Chapter 12: Building the React Client for Our Online Forum Application
We've come a long way. In this chapter, we'll start coding our application, starting with the React client. We will take everything we learned about in the previous chapters and build our React app using the new Hooks API. We will also use Responsive techniques to build a mobile client that will adapt its views to handle both mobile and desktop devices.
Technical requirements
You should now have a good understanding of web development using React, Node, Express, and GraphQL. You should also be familiar with CSS. We will once again be using Node and Visual Studio Code to write our code.
