6. Replace the Thoughts

Thought replacement is one of many ways you can manage your negative thoughts. This method is useful when you feel yourself sliding toward negativity again. Your awareness of your thoughts can give you a clue about any possible shift into a negative mindset and help you get ahead of it. All human beings have times when they are in a negative slump for a while.
