We hope you see the title of this book, Fundamentals for becoming a Successful Entrepreneur, as provocative, or at least challenging. While you may believe you know what success means, we are going to argue it is very much dependent on the context in which it occurs. We also think it is very dependent on the individual who is making the determination. Thus, we are going to spend some time looking at the meaning of words success and successful in general before we focus on these concepts in entrepreneurship.
