Newsletters are an effective way to build relationships with a group’s stakeholders. Whether geared to supporters of a nonprofit, employees of an organization, members of a community, or any group with a shared concern, newsletters report on news or matters of interest in an entertaining, succinct style. Ranging in length from 2 to 20 pages, newsletters are comprised of regular topics called standing items and one-time, stand-alone pieces. The newsletter is often a significant component of an integrated marketing plan.
