DevNotes

DevNotes is a ColdFusion-based system that is built on a Hal Helms idea and augmented by several members of the ColdFusion community. It is designed to leverage the Internet as a means to communicate with the client about prototypes and store comments in a meaningful way.

You can also use DevNotes to establish client interaction for just about any web-based topic you would like. For now, though, we’ll limit the discussion to their use relative to prototypes. In this arena, DevNotes are used to create a sort of bulletin-board functionality on the prototype site, allowing everyone who is involved in the project to comment on the prototype as it develops.
